Valuations

Written valuations for insurance, probate and other purposed are undertaken at competitive fees and in the strictest of confidence.  Valuations can range from a simple block figure to individual examination and description of pieces to ensure that insurance and legal requirements are fulfilled.

Digital photograph records can also be prepared in addition to the written valuation by arrangement.

Free Appraisals

We are always pleased to advise our clients about potential auction entries.  This service is free of charge and without obligation.  Items may be brought to the auction rooms at any time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, but we do advise making an appointment to ensure the particular specialist valuer is available.  Larger items can be appraised in your home by appointment, (subject to our discretion) or from photographs which can be either posted or emailed to us.

Executor Services

We provide ourselves in offering a complete service to executors and trustees of estates.  Dealing with the contents of a home can be both difficult and time consuming.  We are always pleased to offer sympathetic advice, prepare the necessary valuations, arrange delivery of any items to family members and then sell the remainder by auction, ensuring the property is completely cleared, if required.
