Fine Clock Collection sells for over £100,000

The Fine Clock auction on the 24th October 2019 included a Fine Private Collection principally purchased from the major London auction house in the 1980s and 1990s, realising net of over £120,000  

Collection Highlights

Lot 1312 – Ellicott, fine early George III ebonised chiming bracket clock - £9672

Lot 1333 – Augsburg gilt metal and steel striking cruciform clock - £16,740

Lot 1334 – German hexagonal gilt metal striking table clock with alarm, Joh: Gottl: Freudenburg, Breslau,- £6200

Lot 1336 - Zeidlmayr, Wienn., no. 42, gilt metal candle alarm clock, circa 1740 - £14,260

Lot 1341 - Fine engraved gilt and silvered desk timepiece, Edward Winter Robins, no. 2878, London, circa 1858 - £6696

Lot 1344-  Desk timepiece in the form of a cheval mirror, Thomas Cole, London, no. 931, circa 1860 - £6448
